Account Suspension Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms. Suspended accounts may forfeit all virtual assets and contest winnings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

By using StoxPlay, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for any legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

StoxPlay and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
